Doug Graham currently serves at North Central University as Vice President for Spiritual Life. His passion to invest into the next generation of church leaders comes after 30 years of serving in pastoral leadership, including 3
years in Kenosha and 12 years in La Crosse. Doug is married to Vicki who is the Family Life Pastor in Bloomington, MN. Doug earned his doctorate in church leadership from Bethel University.

Scott Hagan, M.A., became the seventh president of North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on June 1, 2017.

Prior to North Central, Hagan served as founding and lead pastor of Real Life Church in Sacramento, California, from 2006-2017, where he helped plant 10 new congregations and
campuses throughout the region. He has also served in youth ministry under Pastor Charles Crabtree, planted Harvest Church in Sacramento, and served at Grand Rapids First Assembly in Michigan.

Hagan has been drawn to the study and practical application of leadership inside and outside the church. He's written six books on leadership, influence, and biblical topics, and since 1995 has written more than 60 articles appearing in publications such as Charisma Magazine, Ministries Today, Pentecostal Evangel, and Influence Magazine (formerly Enrichment Journal).  He speaks regularly at conferences, seminars, and on college campuses. 

President Hagan and his wife, Karen, have four grown children and multiple grandchildren.

David has been playing the piano since age two. He traveled all over the world with Sam Farina and the Spurrlows. He was the pianist for the PTL Orchestra. He has lead worship for 37 years. Currently, David is the Music Pastor at New Hope Church in Milwaukee. His latest recording is entitled "Grace."
